How we work

We organise around what matters most. Each engagement is shaped to your context and the communities you serve. We make decisions explicit, evidence easy to see and roles unambiguous.

Our rhythm

  1. Decide - clarify the problem, purpose and decision rights; name success criteria and boundaries.

  2. Arise - do the work: run the pilot, set up the fund, convene the panel, recruit stewards. Keep paperwork light and accountability real.

  3. Matter - review evidence against agreed criteria; share learning; adjust, scale or sunset. Hand back with guardrails that endure.

What it feels like

  • Human‑centred: clarity without killing curiosity.

  • Reciprocal: power shared, expectations mutual.

  • Proportionate: right‑sized oversight and reporting.

  • Accountable: decisions traceable; conflicts handled.

  • Open by default: publish what helps others, protect only what must be protected.

Is your problem a fit? Two quick tests:

  • Interesting - material public‑interest impact; potential to reduce harm and build trust; real complexity/uncertainty where good governance helps; meaningful learning we can share.

  • We can help - our capabilities match the job (governance & decision rights, trust‑based practices, integrity & risk, venture building and pilots, funding model design and testing, open learning); values alignment and conflict‑of‑interest check; the right people and time are available.

Two horizons we hold at once: what needs doing now and what must endure.
